Dining at Subo Restaurant Boracay was an unforgettable experience! From the warm ambiance to the flavorful dishes, everything was top-notch. The food was exceptionally delicious, beautifully plated, and made with quality ingredients.

What truly stood out was the outstanding service. A special mention to Kim, Jessica and the talented acoustic singer performing that night (wish I had gotten her name!), who were incredibly responsive and accommodating to my surprise request. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made the moment even more special and seamless.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the crispy dinuguan (a must-try!), sinuglaw, sisig, dumplings, and halo-halo. Each dish was beautifully prepared and full of authentic Filipino flavors.

What really made our visit special was the outstanding service. Huge thanks to Jess, Tom, and Kim for being so warm, attentive, and friendly throughout our meal. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time.
